Rian A. Jackson
President
Rian Jackson serves as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince George’s County (BGCPGC), one of Maryland’s largest youth sports and community organizations.
​
Mr. Jackson began volunteering with BGCPGC in 2008 as a parent with the Beltsville Boys & Girls Club. He later served as football commissioner, basketball commissioner and athletic director before joining the BGCPGC Board of Directors in 2011. After serving on several committees and chairing the Bylaws Committee, he was unanimously elected President and Chairman in 2014.

Under his leadership, BGCPGC has expanded athletic programming, strengthened regional partnerships and modernized its operations through technology-driven solutions. His focus on strategic planning, governance and operational excellence continues to position the organization for sustainable growth.
​
Outside of BGCPGC, Mr. Jackson is an accomplished information technology and service operations executive whose expertise in project management and technology modernization has strengthened the organization’s efficiency and service delivery.
​
A U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of the District of Columbia Public Schools and the University of Phoenix, Mr. Jackson holds the Project Management Professional certification and additional credentials in technology and leadership. He remains committed to expanding opportunities for children and strengthening families and communities throughout Prince George’s County and the surrounding region.
Cassandra "Casi" Donelan
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Cassandra "Casi" Donelan serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince George's County and is the first woman to lead the organization in that role. She brings more than 15 years of experience in collegiate athletics, youth development, and nonprofit leadership.
​
Before joining the organization, Ms. Donelan served as a collegiate women's basketball coach and athletic administrator, including roles as Head Coach, Assistant Athletic Director, and Director of Civic Engagement for Athletics. She led community outreach, leadership development, civic engagement initiatives, strategic partnerships, athletic contracts, and student-athlete development. During her coaching career, she recruited and coached numerous All-Conference student-athletes, Academic All-Americans, and All-Academic honorees while helping establish multiple program and school records. She has also served as Director of Girls' Camps for the Pocono Invitational for the past nine summers.

As CEO, Ms. Donelan leads organizational strategy, operations, and community partnerships to expand opportunities for young people across Prince George's County. She is passionate about using sports and youth development to foster confidence, resilience, leadership, and a strong sense of community, helping shape the next generation of leaders.
​
An active volunteer with several youth organizations, Ms. Donelan believes that investing in children is investing in our future. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Bethany College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Administration from Lock Haven University.
Kenneth Ervin
Unit Director, Laurel
Kenneth Ervin is a passionate youth development and community engagement professional dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for young people to learn, grow, and thrive. With experience in Boys & Girls Club operations, youth programming, community partnerships, marketing, and program development, Kenneth brings a well-rounded approach to building strong relationships and creating impactful experiences for youth and families.
Throughout his career, Kenneth has worked closely with young people, families, staff, schools, and community partners to develop engaging programs and initiatives that support academic success, leadership development, healthy lifestyles, and personal growth. He is especially passionate about creating spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

In his new role, Kenneth is excited to contribute to the organization's continued growth by strengthening programming, expanding community engagement, building strategic partnerships, and helping connect more young people with opportunities that inspire them to become leaders in their communities.

Outside of his professional work, Kenneth is passionate about basketball, fitness, mentorship, and giving back to the community. He believes in continuous growth and lives by the mindset of being "1% better each day."

Niya Kight
Unit Director, Forest Heights
Niya Kight brings more than a decade of experience working directly with children, families and youth-serving organizations to her role as Unit Director, Forest Heights.

Her passion for youth development began as a Studio Manager and Dance Educator, where she directed daily operations while building trusted mentoring relationships with students and families, helping young people grow in confidence, discipline and community.
Â
Niya pairs this hands-on youth development experience with strong operational and leadership skills built over 15 years in program and business administration. She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Boston College.

She is also deeply committed to community advocacy, having facilitated support groups and served on the boards of Bright Spot Network and The Still Standing Alliance, work rooted in the same belief that guides her with young people: everyone deserves a safe, encouraging space to grow.

At the Boys & Girls Club, Niya is dedicated to building that same kind of environment, one where every child feels seen, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

Ted Kearney
Unit Director, New Carrollton
Ted Kearney is a dedicated youth development professional with a passion for mentorship, community engagement, and creating positive environments where young people can thrive. With experience in coaching, behavioral health education, management, and team leadership, Ted brings a people-centered approach to his work and a strong commitment to supporting both youth and staff.
​
Ted believes effective leadership begins with trust, consistency, and strong relationships. His leadership philosophy is grounded in Professionalism, Accountability, Communication, and Teamwork (PACT)—principles he uses to create a culture where staff feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
​
In his role, Ted is committed to building strong relationships with youth, families, school staff, and community partners while ensuring programs are safe, engaging, and impactful. He places a strong emphasis on mentorship, staff development, clear expectations, and creating opportunities for young people to grow.
​
Ted’s goal is simple: to build an environment where young people feel they belong, staff are proud of the work they do, and the Club becomes a trusted and valued part of the community.Â
