Our Programs
Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince George's County provide a range of high-quality programs designed to support the academic, social, emotional and physical development of youth. Through activities focused on Academic Success, Character & Leadership, Healthy Lifestyles, and Workforce Readiness, Club members gain the skills and confidence needed to reach their full potential. Programs may include homework assistance, STEM, arts, sports and recreation, career exploration, leadership development and wellness. By offering safe environments staffed by caring adult mentors, Boys & Girls Clubs help youth build meaningful relationships, discover their strengths and prepare for successful futures.
Ages 6–17
Afterschool Programs
Our afterschool programs focus on building a strong foundation through academic support, interactive STEM workshops, arts, sports and recreation. We provide a safe space where children can explore new interests while developing social skills and building confidence.
Ages 6–10
Summer Camp
Summer Camp will be held at Boys & Girls Clubs of Prince George's County - New Carrollton from June 22 - August 26, 2026. Activities include arts and crafts, outdoor games, STEM experiments, field trips, reading challenge, friendship and fun. Register for Summer Camp today by emailing newcarrolltonbgc@pgcbgc.com.
Schedule Basics
Our programs run year-round with primary sessions aligned with the school calendar. After-school programs typically operate Monday through Friday, from 1:45 PM to 6:00 PM, providing a reliable space for youth during those critical afternoon hours. Detailed calendars for each specific Club location are provided upon registration.
Enrollment
Joining the Club is simple. Complete an application at your nearest location. Membership is open to all youth in Prince George's County.
